Join Alpine Adventures as we travel to some of the best snow that Utah has to offer. Powder Mountain
and Snow Basin are two under-the-radar resorts that have some of the finest fresh snow skiing in Utah and maybe the western states. They are off the beaten path and out of the limelight, high prices, and crowds of Park City and Deer Valley. These two resorts offer incredible mountains, vast terrain, helpful employees, great restaurants, no crowds, little or no lift lines, plenty of groomed runs for cruisers, and lots of powder for people who like to go off trail! There is even the opportunity for some fantastic snow cat skiing. Old school resorts with modern facilities that put skiing and customer service first. That’s Powder Mountain and Snow Basin.

This is a slightly shorter trip than our normal week long North American trips, but you still get in almost a full five days of skiing. We’re staying four nights at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ogden where the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to Snow Basin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley ski areas. We’ll arrive early Monday morning to get in a good half day of skiing. And, we’ll get a full day in on Friday before leaving for a later flight back to Sacramento. Altogether a good four and a half days of skiing for a very reasonable rate.

A special note from Alpine Adventures Director Dave Ross: The past few years have been difficult for all of us. The 2022-23 season brought back the opportunity to ski and explore and we did it with gusto!

Our travelers were able to ski Switzerland, explore Portugal and Paris, Safari in Kenya, and of course enjoy the Sierra.

We’re happy to once again provide our ski and adventure trips to Africa, Europe, North America and Tahoe to all our skiing friends for the 2023/24 season.

We are all looking forward to traveling with you!
— Dave
