* The Fine Print
For programs of 3 days or longer, a $95 deposit will reserve your place and counts toward your program fee. Program fees are refundable, less a $75 administration fee, if written notice of cancellation is received within 45 days before the program starts. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations received within 44 days of the program start. No refunds once the program starts. Fees and specifications are subject to change.

If we determine that a trip should be postponed due to weather or other conditions, that trip will be made up on the next specific makeup date, to whichever resort the original trip would have been. See our program calendar for dates of all trips including make up trips.
