Online Registration
If you’ve signed up for the shuttle using our online registration system, we only need one additional form from you.
Our liability release is available for download. Print, read & sign it and bring it to the bus the morning of your trip. Even if you have paid and received a confirmation, we won’t be able to take you with us if you don’t have this form. For returning customers, we require a new form and signature each trip.
Snail Mail
If you signed up using the old pen and paper method you should have returned your liability release with your registration. Our address is:

If you can’t get the form to us by Wednesday, you can bring it with you to the bus the morning of your trip. Same rules as those who registered online. Even if you have paid and received a confirmation, we won’t be able to take you with us if we don’t have this form.
